Preparation Guideline for Poster Presentation
A Poster is Mandatory for On-site Poster Presenters. No mandatory poster template for poster presentations
Poster boards will be prepared in portrait format with a maximum size of 950 mm (width) by 2300 mm (height). Our recommendation is A0 size (841mm * 1189mm) in Portrait Orientation.
Presenters are recommended to attach their posters by using Velcro tapes (which are available on-site). Do approach our Conference Assistant if you need any help.
Authors (or presenters) are expected:
(1) To set up their posters at the start of the scheduled day.
(2) To be presented with your poster during the poster session.
(3) To explain your papers to the collected audience.
(4) Remove your poster at the end of the day.
